2. Overview
ROBI-AI is an interview practice service that provides AI-generated mock interviews, feedback, and related coaching features. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security controls.
4. Free trials, subscriptions, and renewals
We may offer free trials for selected plans. If you start a trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless canceled before renewal.
Charges are billed in advance for the selected subscription term. Pricing, trial length, and renewal timing are shown on the pricing page or at checkout.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Unless required by applicable law, cancellation does not retroactively reverse a charge for a billing period that has already started. Please review our Refund Policy for more detail.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use ROBI-AI to break the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, infringe another person's rights, or submit harmful code or abusive content. You may not use the service to impersonate others or misrepresent AI-generated output as human professional advice.
7. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit, such as interview answers, uploaded materials, and recordings, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, analyze, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
8. Intellectual property
ROBI-AI, including its software, branding, design, and original site content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ROBI-AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. The service is designed for interview practice and informational support only. It is not legal, employment, financial, or mental health advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
